Now I’m an ICF-certified coach specializing in nature based burnout recovery—helping highly driven (and deeply worn out) humans heal their nervous systems, reclaim sustainable rhythms and reconnect with what matters most.

WILL THERE BE A RECORDING? Tending the Fire is built on community care—a space where people can share openly without the pressure of being recorded. For those who would like to attend but can't make it, I'll share a pre-recorded version of the presentation. And if you miss this one, stay on the list—another gathering will come around.
HOW LONG IS THE EVENT? Around an hour. We'll spend the first half exploring a topic together, then open up for thirty minutes of live group coaching.
