Now I’m an ICF-certified coach specializing in nature based burnout recovery—helping highly driven (and deeply worn out) humans heal their nervous systems, reclaim sustainable rhythms and reconnect with what matters most.
I am an Associate Certified Coach, credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, currently pursuing IFS Informed Practitioner certification.

Is this therapy? No — I'm a coach and trauma-informed practitioner, not a therapist. My work is focused on support and growth, not clinical diagnosis or treatment. Coaching works beautifully alongside therapy, or after therapy, once you're ready to build forward. If deeper work comes up that falls outside my scope, I'll help you find the right support.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy? Coaching is focused on moving forward. We may gently explore how past experiences shape your present — particularly through the lens of the nervous system and body — but the focus stays on building capacity, resilience, and creating change in the here and now. My approach is humanistic and IFS-informed, grounded in ethics, scope, and safety
What if I can't walk or go outside? Ideally, we're outside and moving in whatever way works for your body. But this work meets you where you are—for some that's a trail, for some it's Zoom next to a window with a cup of tea.
What if I don't have time? I’ll be the first to encourage you to simplify. But if you do one thing this year, do this. Because if you don't have time to heal your burnout, you definitely don't have time to keep burning yourself down and rebuilding from scratch.
What makes this different? Most burnout advice tells you to rest more and set better boundaries then sends you back into the same life. This work goes deeper. We're not just optimizing you back into productivity so you can be a good little worker bee. We're rewiring the patterns that got you here, using nature to help your nervous system remember what rest actually feels like so you can build the life you were made for.
